Description
HYTEZ Online Total Hardness Analyzer is fully automated to measure Total Hardness (CaCO3) OR Total Alkalinity based on Titration Colorimetry Method.
The analyzer is user friendly, easy to operate and compact design with low maintenance and low reagent
consumption that suitable for continuous monitoring of process hardness and quality control of water
softening facilities.
Different measurement range from 0.5 mg/L to 530 mg/L as Total Hardness OR 5.34 mg/L to 401 mg/L as Total Alkalinity is achievable by different reagent range to ensure high measurement accuracy. Only one reagent is needed for analysis.

- The Titrant Reagent is slowly added to sample with the use of Precise Control Peristatic Pump
- Sample and Reagent are mixed equally by Built In Stirrer and the Chemical Reaction causing changes in Solution Color
- The Photometer will detect Color Changes during Titration
- Total Hardness / Total Alkalinity is measured by amount of titration reagent require for color change
